Aschaffenburg handstand Workshop

Beginner and intermedate handstand workshops

Have you practiced handstands for a while and working on refining your form, consistency, shapes or press?
Or maybe you have just started out and want to learn the fundamentels for a better practice.
In either case you will get great value from one or both of these 2-days handstand workshops with Ulrik in Aschaffenburg 16-17th of September.

There is two sepperate workshops that both goes over two days. In the beginner workshop, the focus will be to learn the three fundametals of balancing on two arms: Allignement, balance and entrance. This is for you who are either new to handstanding, or are inconsistent with balancing for 10+ seconds.
In the intermediate workshop we will take your practice from a straight line to different shapes like tuck, 7, coordination between them and we will work on press to handstand. This workshop is best suited for you who allready can balance somewhat consistent for 20 seconds.

In both workshops there will be time for self practice with feedback and Q&A.

who is this for?

The beginner workshop is aimed towards you who are inconsistent with balancing in straight for 10 seconds, or want to understand better how to improve your aligement and strength in the fundamental position.

The intermediate is best for people who have allready spent some time on hands and can balance for about 20 seconds in a decent position and are ready for the next step. At this level balance is of course still a bit inconsistent, so don’t be too affraid of joining it even if you can’t hit 20+ every attempt.

You might get good value from joining both workshops if you are a beginner and have ambitions to take your handstand practice far. It’s fine if you aren’t ready for every Or if you are more on the intermedate end, and would like extra focus on improving your allignement.
